If I open the bookmark properties dialog for an existing bookmark, it doesn't show the details of the bookmark; all the edit fields are blank.

Also happens on Linux build 2000.02.11.11. Changing the description/URL and clicking OK doesn't seem to change the bookmark. In other words, you can't edit bookmarks at all.

Confirmed with 2000-02-11-09-M14 on Windows NT 4.0 This has all the hallmarks of a not-quite-done dialog -- with some controls that are positioned not quite right, some not quite the right size, and some that move around, it's not that much of a surprise that they aren't filled with the correct content and don't "work". Setting Platform/OS to All/All
Making beta. this is a dogfood stopper for me.
