Download manager is missing the rudimentry fields of date and time so:

a) It is not possible to sort in download order
b) It is not possible to see when a file was downloaded.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download some files
2. Try and see in which order they were downloaded and when.
3.

Actual Results:  
If files are sorted by file name its no longer possible to sort them by the
order downloaded and see when that happened.

Expected Results:  
Expect to be able to order files downloaded as required.

for the related date/time started
