Selecting new opened tabs with addresses on them then press Enter did not open 
the webpage only if I select Go or select the address on the address bar then 
press Enter.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open many tabs from links but click on STOP to open that websites on a later 
time
2. after opening 10-30 tabs with addresses on them click from 1 to 30 tab on 
every of it and press Enter to open the address typed on the address bar of 
every tab
3. You will find more tabs that are not opening the webpage only if you click 
on Go or select the address then press Enter.

Actual Results:  
tabs are not opening the webpage address presented in the tab address bar when 
you press Enter 

Expected Results:  
When selecting tabs and press Enter the presented address on that tab should be 
opened everytime.
