at mozilla.org,  under address book,  creating a new record produces "unable 
to create a record"

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open address book
2.file->new->create new record
3.

Actual Results:  
prodcued error

Expected Results:  
I was expecting a new record

what version of Mozilla are you using?

I'm a bit confused here.

1) What does www.mozilla.org have to do with an executable application?
2) I have File -> New -> Address Book Card, Mailing List, Address Book, LDAP
Directory, etc.

Where are you finding this menu item?

shows we don't have 'create new record' as a string in our application's code.
