I tried to upload an xpi and it presented me with a blank form and someone
else's email address.
Log in as admin.
Go to your profile
Click Add New Extension
Takes you to http://update-beta.mozilla.org/developers/additem.php?type=E
Use xpi attached to this bug
At 1b, choose New
At next screen, you see what I got.

Legacy's New Mode wasnt being honored, it was defaulting to a random ID or the
top ID on the Updated list.
