If you double click on a folder a new window of TB is opened.
This behaviour is very useful (and is expected) on a message but very confusing
and useless if you do it on a folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Double clip on a folder
2.

Actual Results:  
A new TB window is opened

Expected Results:  
Nothing ! Double clicking on a folder should not produce any action (or at lest
do not duplicate the TB window).
Sorry, i said:
"This behaviour is very useful (and is expected) on a message"
but the meaning was "when you double clik on a message the expectation is that
the message is opened in a window"
