I was trying to attach a patch, reassign the bug to myself, and request review
of the patch all at the same time.  Since I only used a partial name for the
reviewer, it prompted me (as usual) to select the one I wanted.  I did and went
to the next screen, at which point it told me that I had not picked a file to
attach.
