Details
When I do a query that results in a list of bugs, the default display has a horizontal scroll bar. With the ID number on the far left and the Summary on the far right, reviewing the list requires constant right-left scrolling. "New Features" for the new Bugzilla says: "The page footer has been rearranged to make it scale better in narrow browser windows." The improvement for the footer is offset by this problem. Configuration: Windows 98SE 800x600 screen, 32-bit true colors Windows taskbar always displayed at bottom Office 97 toolbar always displayed at right Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040910 Default font: Georgia sized to 13 pixels Note: I can remove the horizontal scrollbar either by reducing the font size or by eliminating a column.

This was like this before the upgrade, too, so this isn't a regression.

Regardless when it happened, there's too much space, and thus too much horizontal scrolling. A single char between cols is more than plenty for me. Right now it looks like there are 3 or 4, and on "bugs already filed today" on average at the moment at least one word from summary col is offscreen unless I scroll right, after which only last 2 chars of bug # show.
