274454 - fphover.class overlaps onto other tabs in window

i noticed this bug upon visting the listed url with other tabs open.  however i
also found the same problem with another page that uses this front page applet:
http://www.scriptfx.com/frontpagetips/hover.htm

whenever you have a tabbed brower window open and one of the tabbed pages uses
the front page hover java applet, the applet is activated by mouseover commands
even when another tab is in view.

for instance i opened a bugzilla reporting page in a new tab and i made the
hover applet appear on the bugzilla page by moving my mouse over the area where
the applet exists on the other tab.

the affects of the problem are erased from the screen upon switching switching
tabs or switching to another firefox window and then back to the problem window.

i've encoutered this in the lastest nightly builds of both mozilla and firefox
under mac os x:
Mac OS 10.3.5 (7M34)
- Mozilla 1.8a6 build 20041212
- Firefox 1.0+ build 20041212
