To reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.trustcenter.de/certservices/cacerts/de/de.htm
2. Click on TC TrustCenter Class 1 CA under X.509 Certs (this cert hasn't been
in my browser yet, you might try other certs if this is already in yours).
You get a dialog asking what you want the CA to trust for. There the line "Do
you want to trust "Certificate Authority (unnamed)" for the following purposes?"
appears in this dialog. IMO (and probably it is meant to work like this), there
should be the Common Name (CN) inserted instead of "unnamed".

I'm no expert here, but to me it looks like this certificate doesn't have a
Common Name.
