Looking at my voting page, I see that I'm shown as allowed to vote 10000 times.

Curiously I just voted for a bugzilla bug for the first time today, and for
bugzilla only, the max votes is 10.  

I think this should be added to bug 274366 as a blocker.

you're allowed 10000 votes for some products, e.g. application suite. the
bugzilla product has a limit of 10. there's nothing wrong here. unless justdave
wants more votes for that product, this won't change.
