Not a huge problem, but it says I need some sort of plugin, and the plugin
finder can't find it.  I'm not exactly sure what I'm missing.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to the site.
2.  Click on the cardmember access button.
3.  There it is.

Fleet doesn't exist any more; they've been bought out by Bank of America.

This sounds a little like bug 387275, but that was very specific to their investor products, and this one isn't.
