If i have firefox open and then go to open STEAM to play CounterStrike online, i
connect to their servers - play a few games- then exit, and then go to look at
firefox, the links on the links bar are hidden. there is a button that looks
like [<<] - which if u click brings down a dropdown menu with all my links. to
restor this i have to right click this button which brings up the tool bar prefs
and click restore defaults. i asked around in the mozillazine forums and it
seemed like thats was a candidate for a bug. thanx

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open FireFox
2.Open Steam
3.Play counterstrike
4.Exit Steam
5. Look at firefox

Actual Results:  
Links bar links are hidden

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
