when i create/modify a bug and want to get some one off the CC list, it does 
not work, the email is being sent no matter who get's off tghe CC list

a) did you check the box underneath the CC list to tell it you were removing people?

b) it will mail the person being removed to let them know they were removed.  If
you successfully removed them, they should not get future mail however (unless
they're related to the bug some other way, like if they voted on it).

a) offcourse I checked the box below
b) the people are not related to this bug in any other way ,they are only in 
it's CC
c) what do you mean "they should not get future mail" ? 
   I only don't want them to receive the current commit notification for this 
bug and not any future ones

If you remove people from the CC list, they will get one last e-mail about that
change. Is that what you've noticed? If so, then that's expected behaviour.

People will continue to receive e-mail if they voted for the bug, or if they
watch people who are related to the bug. Is that what you've noticed? If so,
then that's expected behaviour.
