I recogniced that many of my friends didn't recognice the update notification
that should inform them of the 1.0-release of firefox.
so why not inform the users in a much more dominant way?

i think we should provide the user with an update toolbar, that is colored red
(or whatever, but colored it would be much more dominant), and informes the user
of the new update.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. wait for an update to come
2. see how invisible the current update notification is

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
update notification-toolbar
