I've had this error for a few weeks now in trunk builds but can't find a bug for it but bug 267753 seemed the closest to the problem so I attached a screenshot to that bug (see URL above). When trying to open the compose window - New, Reply, Reply All - a window opens with an XML parsing error. The only other reference to it is this thread on the MozillaZine forums http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=1060433#1060433 I see this both under FreeBSD and Windows XP. On both OSen I have zapped my source tree and pulled a fresh one but still get the error. It appears that the name of a DTD file has changed. Patch coming up. Guess there's only me and the guy on the MozillaZine forums who are using trunk builds?
Patch that fixes the problem

I've been seeing this problem on Linux since the aviary stuff was checked in a couple of weeks ago but this patch fixes it for me. Can we have it checked in please?
This has been fixed now (the day after I raised this bug) - closing http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsview2.cgi?diff_mode=context&whitespace_mode=show&file=messengercompose.xul&branch=&root=/cvsroot&subdir=mozilla/mail/components/compose/content&command=DIFF_FRAMESET&rev1=1.69&rev2=1.70
