If the filename is "Resultaten BI Org22 2004-2005Q2.xls", with an url like
http://www.site.xxx/file.asp?file=Resultaten+BI+Org22+2004%2D2005Q2%2Exls
Firefox wants to download it as "Resultaten".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on a link to a file containing a space
2. save to disk 


Actual Results:  
only the filename upto the space appears

Expected Results:  
present the complete filename even if it contains spaces (IE has no problems
with that)
