Summary isn't quite correct. The page states 
"Met uw huidige Internet-programma kunt u helaas niet optimaal gebruik maken van
deze site.

U kunt wel alle informatie op de site raadplegen. Wilt u echter uw premie
berekenen of online een verzekering afsluiten, dan heeft u Internet Explorer
versie 5.0 of hoger nodig."

--> you can see all information on the site, but if you want to calculate costs
or commit to an insurance on-line, you need to have IE 5 or higher

"Onze excuses voor het ongemak dat u heeft ondervonden omtrent de bruikbaarheid
van onze website. Op dit moment ondersteunt onze internetsite niet alle
webbrowsers. We hebben vastgesteld dat ruim 98% van onze bezoekers gebruik maakt
van internet explorer. Ons ontwikkel- en testproces, wat dagelijks wordt
doorlopen, is om kostentechnische redenen beperkt tot internet explorer 5.0 en
hoger. Het gevolg is dat specifieke toepassingen mogelijk niet werken onder
andere webbrowsers. Wij zien in dat dit niet de meest optimale situatie is. De
komende tijd wordt er gewerkt aan een nieuw platform voor onze website waarin we
het uitgangspunt zullen hanteren om zoveel mogelijk webbrowsers op een
beheersbare wijze te gaan ondersteunen. Wellicht mogen wij u dan alsnog als
klant welkom heten op onze website."

They'll be working on a new platform for their web site, aimed at broad
accesibility & maintainability.

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
