Attach a patch, ask for review, and if the next screen is the match people screen, it looses the filename and shows " You did not specify a file to attach".

1. Attach a patch.
2. Ask for review from someone.  Make it something that will get the match email
screen, such as simply "d".
3. The next screen is the match people screen, choose someone.
4. "You did not specify a file to attach".
