For a better structure in the registration of L10N projects by the MLP-Staff we
would like a component registration with a default assignee:
[e-mail].

can you take care of that?

Discription: 

Use this bug to register a new l10n contributergroup by the MLP-Staff. Please
provide: your name(s), your contact address(es), eventually a web site where you
can coordinate and make available your work and a  languagecode-NATIONCODE(Both
languagecode and NATIONCODE are regulated by ISO standards. For language codes
you can take a look at ISO 639, while for national codes you can take a look at
ISO 3166.)

Can we please get a component in mozilla localizations soon so we can point to
it in the new mlp-staff pages who are almost ready right now. (or if it is a
problem let us now so we don't wait for it anymore)

team registrations now, and we'd really need this component for that...
