Mails&Newsgroups->Pref->Display Message settings are not getting reflected on
quoted text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the Browser.
2.Open Mails and Newsgroups Window
3.Goto Edit->Preferences->Mails and Newsgroups->Message Display
4.Select Style, Size and Color for plain text quoted messages. 
5.Close the Preferences window by clicking on OK. 
6.Open a message in the Mail window.
Actual Results:  
 The quoted text is not displayed as per the size,style and color selected.

Expected Results:  
The quoted text should be displayed as per the size,style and color selected.

Same problem in mozilla 1.7 running on MS windows.
