This bug only happened to those contribute release build.
There is no problem with mozilla.org release build and debug build.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla and go to page:
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/browser/front-end/testcases/printing/horizframetest.html
2. Print this page.

Bug:
Only the first frame is printed.
