Hi,

When visiting the above site to download some firmware, clicking on the links
does not being the automatic download, where as it does in IE.

I would try to replicate this on other sites but I'm not sure if there are any
others which serve files in a similar way?

This is not a firefox bug.
The page uses IE specific feature to initiate the download:
