Details

Whenever I choose "Tools" > "Options" > "General" > "Fonts & Colors", then either
checkmark "Underline links" under "Link Colors" or leave the box unchecked, the
visited links always remain the same color as unvisited links.
Is your history set to 0 days? If so, then this bug is a duplicate of bug 251203.
