Steps to repro:
I go to print a web page. Under "Print Range", I select "Pages from:_textbox_
to: _textbox_". When I select that and enter a number greater than 1 in the
textbox, then tab to the next textbox (the "to:" field), the number in the to
textbox remains at 1.

Desired enhancement:
When I tab from the "from" textbox to the "to" textbox, please change the to
textbox to the number in the from textbox by default.
