274743 - Lose Scrollbars when changing Display Resolution

When I have a firefox window open and I change my display resolution from
1280x1024 to 800x600 on win2k, the browser window loses it's vertical and
horizontal scrollbars.  

Restoring, minimizing, maximizing the window doesn't restore them.  Neither does
reloading the page or going to a new page.
