If this was intentional, I've been given no notice of it.  I cannot do any UMO work.

I just got an email saying that this was on purpose.

Its intentional. The e-mail about it was delayed because I had to sleep, doh.
:-) Its been sent out now.
Well, the new panel said it was disabled.  Very confusing.
