274778 - Autoscroll icon does not appear in correct place inside forms and tables

When you middle click inside forms and tables the autoscroll icon sometimes does
not appear.  When it does appear it's often out of place (shifted down an inch,
kicked up a bit....).  It only seems to work 100% in non-form/table areas.

Recreate Steps:
- Goto a page such as a bugzilla bug report.
- Middle click inside the form (not a form value... such as next to the keywords
text box).

Expected result:  Autoscroll icon appears right under the mouse pointer
Actual result:  icon is either not present or offset from the pointer.

Firefox build info:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20041215

I realise that but usual process would be to reopen the bug that is "fixed"
rather than open a new one. My comment was meant for anyone triaging Firefox bugs. 

Do you have a test case/site ? I can't duplicate this with
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20041215

I actually get it right on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ but further testing
actually shows that you have to scroll the page first as seen in the bug you
noted (bug 271702).  So the recreate steps are:

- Goto https://bugzilla.mozilla.org
- Do NOT scroll
- middleclick and observe that the cursor is in the correct place
- Scroll the page a bit via any means (autoscroll, mousewheel, scrollbars)
- middleclick and observe that the cursor is now out of place.

WFM - Autoscroll icon always appears at position of middle-click. Smooth scroll
on/off doesn't make a difference.

Please try a new profile and report your window size (in pixels).
