The little up and down arrow that shows up when you middle click on a page to
scroll moving the mouse up or down, either doesn't show up or shows up in a
place far away from where the middle click was made.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Middle click on a page to attempt to scroll it by moving the mouse up and down.
2.The arrows either don't show up, or show up in the wrong spot.
3.
See also bug 271702. This report was filed after the bug was originally closed,
but has similar symptoms.
I locked down what's causing it...

Go to a page that requires scrolling. While the page is still at the top,
middle-click...it shows up in the right location. However, if you scroll down,
then middle-click again, the arrows will be mis-aligned, and will do so further
and further as you go down.

Can you reproduce this bug with a clean profile and the latest build ? If so
please give an example site. Also are you using Intellimouse, Logitech or other
mouse driver beyond the standard windows drivers ?
Attached file example w/steps
This is an example. Follow what it says, and it should reproduce.

I'm using a Logitech optical mouse, and have been since ff 0.8 without any
problems. And i'm using 12/18 trunk.
Attachment WFM w/20041218 and everything after 20041209, I can only reproduce by
going back before the bug 271702 checkin.

Have you verified the bug with a clean profile ?
Clean profile works...interesting.

The only mouse-related extension I have is all-in-one gestures, but I didn't
think that could be a problem.
