Details

There are currently FAQ items in the Bugzilla Guide about how to submit patches,
template styles and stuff like that. These should really be trimmed pretty much
to simply, "read the developer's guides" (ok, a little more verbose than that
:). In order to do that, any information that is currently available in these
questions needs to be available on the relevent guide.
