There still are pieces of the clock and calendar icons in the datetimepickers.
They were removed in bug 252854

I used cvsdo to remove the image files, so they are in the patch as being
different than /dev/null. If this isn't good enough to nuke them, please remove
those images individually.

Bug 275059 moves the width to css, so the css file should not be removed.
The modern skin in the patch there shows one way to use the calendar and clock
images inside the field.
