Is this a firefox bug or a bug of this (and many related) sites or a
misunderstanding between both? It is impossible to draw the firefox window wide
enough that the horizontal scroll bar vanishes. There always stays some part of
the site 'too far' at the right (or left) side.
Any idea?

See attached mail exchange with wunderground.com.  I note that although my
report was for Mac OSX, the same problem exists on the Windows 2000 version.

Hello,
The problem is with Firefox, not wunderground.  Co-workers of mine have
experienced the same problem you describe on Yahoo and other sites with
wide content.  Its not a Wunderground HTML error though.

Using Firefox 1.0 on MacOS 10.3.6, the main forecast page shows a
horizontal scrollbar independent of the widow width.  I think you have a
minor markup problem.  An example is

This might tie in to the fact that there is no left margin at all.
