This pop up appears from several sites.. such as  www.drudgereport.com and
others...   for me.. this is the only one to get through.  it's the same ad
whenever it comes up wherever it comes up..

I don't see this bug. Looks like popup window comes up when while closing the
tab where the page is opened. This doesn't happen when I "block popups"
