274990 - Enter Key Reloads Page on Submit with Local Pages

This is a annoying behavior that I didn't find covered in the bug search:

If you have a local stored web page with a submit form you cannot use Enter 
key to submit that form like you can with IE. If you press Enter button then 
the page reloads itself and you must GoBack to the filled form data and use 
the mouse to click submit button. 

If the page is stored on a remote server then all is well. Please update 
FireFox to correct for locally stored pages submissions with Enter Key.
