User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

on home page ~gapitts click on "gapitts page2". In Firefox I get 4 month old page
from earthlink even with additional ftp of new copy and reload command (the page
is missing "click here for garys life story" line. Same click on same home
page using mozilla browser gets correct page2. I note that the "~" is replaced
by %7E
in both browsers display of page2 address. If I replace the %7E with ~ in
the displayed page2 address in firefox and reload, I get the correct current page2.

mozilla is my default browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open http://home.teleport.com/~gapitts with the mozilla browser
2.click on "gapitts page2" and note line "click here for garys life story"

3.open http://home.teleport.com/~gapitts with Firefox browser
4.click on "gapitts page2" and note that "click here for garys life story"
        is missing
5.change http://home.teleport.com/%7Egapitts/page2.html to have ~ in place of
the %7E and click reload. note you now have current corect pag2

Actual Results:
mozilla browser gets correct page2
Firefox browser gets a old version of page2 from I don't know where
I have ftp'd the new version in many times, makes no difference
where is Earthlink holding old stuff as backups???

Expected Results:
both browsers using the same home page should have gotten the same results
Works for me with FF 1.0 release on WinNT4 and with Mozilla 1.8a6. I see no
differences. In step 4 the link is not missed with FF.
problem was oversize cache in FF which held early version of page
clearing cache fixed problem
