Details

I regularly need to upload files to an anonymous FTP server. With Internet
Explorer 6, I would type the URL+Enter, then navigate to the relevant sub-folder
on the FTP site, and simply drag&drop the file I want to upload into the browser
window. The copy file progress bar immediately appears and the file is copied
across.

With Firefox drag&drop do not work, and neither does it work to use copy and
paste or any similar method.

Whether this is a major BUG or simply a DESIGN FLAW, I cannot say. I noted that
a range of similar bug-reports - all with status "NEW" or "UNCONFIRMED". So I
guess it should be regarded as a major BUG.
