Details

1. New attachment
2 [details] [diff] [review]. Select file to attach
3. Select a review request, status '?'
4. Set requestee to something that will match multiple persons
5. Submit

We will now get a page with a list of possible requestees, select one and submit

The next page is an error message stating that we did not select a file to attach.

It works if one in step 4 instead writes a unique match.

Hm. Looked at 87404 first, but didn't think it was a dupe as it only seemed to
discuss login issues.
