Hi,

when entering a false URL for the automatic proxy configuration and then
pressing "reload" firefox doesn't give a hint that something wrong has happened.
I had "b5://proxy.pac" for the url and everything looked right, because no error
was shown.
It would be great if afer reload a hint like "proxyconfiguration not found" or
anything else would appear.

The basic problem is that proxy configuration loading errors are not reported.

For example, if a valid proxy configuration URL is set but happens to be
unavailable when firefox is started, the proxy configuration is _silently
ignored_.  This is not okay!
