Details

I just updated quicken to the 2005 Basic version.  When I was requested to
register, I followed Intuit's instructions.  It would not connect to the
internet.  I called Quicken support.  We went through all the basics for setting
up an internet connection.  It still would not connect.  I was told to contact
my ISP.  I called Cox.  I was told by the tech that answered my call that Cox
did not support Mozilla Firefox, and to access quicken.com I would have to
change my internet default back to Internet Explorer.  Since I started using
Firefox a month or two ago, I have had no problems with internet connections on
Cox Cable or accessing quicken.com while still using Quicken Basic 2004. Can you
help?
