This bug refers to evenst seen on powerbook 12" G4, tried with BOTH OS X 10.28
and 10.37

I use messenger express from iPlanet Messaging as my email client. This utility
uses pop-up windows to enable me to compose messages. After allowing popups from
the preferences menu in firefox, I can open a window by selecting compose
message, but the window is empty - there are no control buttons or text entry
boxes. 

Please note: 

This feature works fine on firefox 0.8 (Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X
Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8). 

it also works fine on the latest version of Mozilla: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U;
PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20041217
