275127 - Count of Unapproved in sidebar wrong after approving item

I approved the GMail Notifier and the sidebar still said 5, even though there
were only 4 remaining.  I know its a timing thing.  Maybe this particular page
shouldn't show a count?

main.php now shows:
Approval Queue ()
when the count is zero

Approval Queue Status: 0 Pending Approval

Approval Queue (0)

is what I see.

I seem to be demoted to Editor instead of Admin.
