Details

I'm on a list that I get in digest form, but they show up as a bunch of
attachments that would be a pain to try to read very many of.  Though if I were
going to read very many of them, I just as well read the whole thing in the main
window.  I'm used to mutt, which has very nice digest handling, and the ideal
solution would be a tree-view mechanism with a list of the subjects/authors, a +
you can click on to view the message and an option to open all to just read
through it (which would basically revert to the current mode).
