Bug 183216 ended up being about getting the image for 2.16's schema updated. So,
now that that's done, this bug is can be used to track an image (and any
supporting docs) for 2.18 :).

This is a pdf that I have developed of for the schema.	I'd appreciate help on
reviewing the links and comments on adding anything that I may have missed.
I can edit these changes pretty easily.  I'm using OmniGraffle on the Mac to
diagram this.  I can post the souse also if that is useful.

In user_group-map, group_id isn't colored blue like the group_id fields from
other tables.
In the watch table, watcher and watched should have the color associated with
user_id (purple)

Ok, I added the colors.  I also added some labels for the non-obvious arrows. I
think that the series sections are still wrong.   Should the diagram contain
the column types?  I'm not sure how much space there is for that, but can do
that if people think its necessary.

I added the column types and moved the tables around so that they will print on
two sheets of paper better.
