Repeatedly open/close the history combo box from the navigation toolbar. The
memory footprint increases by several K every 15-20 times it's opened and closed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open firefox
2. Open Task Manager on a 2K/XP machine
3. Repeatedly click the down arrow to open/close the history combo box on the
navigation toolbar
4. Watch "Processes" -> "Mem Usage" -> firefox.exe in Task Manager
5. Every 15-20 times the history is opened, Mem Usage increases by several Kilobytes
Actual Results:
Memory increases by several Kilobytes every 15-20 times the history is expanded
and is never freed.

Expected Results:
The memory should be freed.
