Details

now that 1.7.5 was released, patches are getting checked in for 1.7.6. however,
there is no corresponding flag for that.

verified1.7.x   	Use this keyword to indicate that a fix has been verified on
the 1.7 branch for the 1.7.x release.

this should probably be renamed now; but no bug has it set, so maybe it can be
deleted instead.
