I'm trying to make public accesible linux & mozilla PC for web browsing.
How to disable file downloads (porno, images, viruses & etc.)
How to disable plug-in downloads (java, flash, ....)

it's big problem becous this waste bandwitch.

for you I would suggest to use kiosk mode, locking prefs, use restricted
permissions for users and the config files, etc.
