275255 - Live bookmarks don't remember permanent redirects

When updating live bookmarks, permanent redirects are followed but not
remembered. On the next update, the old URL will be tried first.

This makes it impossible to migrate clients automatically.

Along the lines of bug 213467 but a bit more urgent, since when a bookmark 301s
there may be a "We've mindlessly shuffled all our URLs around" message in the
HTML, and eventually when the redirect is gone the user will see a 404, but a
live bookmark will just keep blindly hitting the same URL until the redirect is
gone and the user notices the "failed to load".

It's also one of the things that the RSS community has always yelled loudly
about with ad hoc HTTP handling; we're very well behaved mostly, thanks to
Necko, but not when it comes to 301.

Per my bug 213467 comment 15 and lots of other real-world horror stories, the
last thing you want to do is take the direct approach and just immediately and
irrevocably change the URL on the first 301. For how others do it, last I heard
bloglines.com requires ten days of 301/410 before it will change to the redirect
or stop fetching the Gone URL.

Following and remembering a permanent redirect(301) should be ok, if we check if it redirects to a valid web feed.
