To reproduce this, you need to press Ctrl-T in a popup window that has frame. Steps to reproduce: 1. Goto news.bbc.co.uk 2. Click "Watch BBC News in Video" in the top right 3. Press Ctrl-T in the popup window that opens Actual Results: A completely white window appears Expected Results: Not sure - either a) Ctrl-T shouldn't work in windows without an address bar or b) It should add an address bar and tab bar to the window or c) It should popup a new window instead of a new tab Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20041219 Firefox/1.0+

Now I know what do you mean. But that happens because popup windows don't have toolbars, menus and a tab bar. That's just the way it is.
