(1) Begin creation of a new account and bring up the dialog.
(2) Hit Enter.

Expected Result: You should move to the Next Pane, and when on the last pane, 
this should Finish.

Actual Result: Nothing happens.

hm.. this could be a problem with WM not having a keyset for its wizardButtons. 
ben: does the profile wizard do this? I have <keyset id="keyset"/> that I used
to get the arrow keys working
I don't think we need to take up release note space for this bug. Removing

I just asked Ben the other day why wizardOverlay.xul doesn't use the <keyset 
id="keyset"/> from dialogOverlay.xul, and he said it was flawed.  I'm sure we 
already have a bug on wizards not using this keyset...
