REPRODUCIBLE: Every time Plugin Finder Service runs

When Plugin Finder Service (PFS) is in action, it is preventing me from
continuing browsing in other tabs. The PFS window remains there. I cannot
minimize it. Can PFS not work in background? Sometime it's taking too long to
find plugins or just to know nothing is found. Till that time I cannot work in
the other tabs in the current firefox window.

PFS behaved same when I checked this in Windows XP.
